who we are

this policy explains how way’da, operated by wayda life, handles information when you browse this website, order or contact us.

what we collect

shopify checkout collects the details needed to process an order, including your name, contact details, delivery and billing addresses, products ordered and payment status. we also receive information you choose to send to customer care. our website and service providers may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the service, including IP addresses, browser information and request logs.

payment credentials are handled by the payment provider. our storefront does not collect your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or payment OTP. please never send these to us.

how we use information

we use relevant information to fulfil orders, arrange delivery, respond to questions, manage refunds, prevent misuse and keep records required by law. if you request updates, we use your contact details for that request. you can ask us to stop marketing messages without affecting essential order communications.

reviews + email requests

our on-page review form collects your chosen display name, product, rating and review text. skin type and age band are optional; we do not ask for your birth date or email. by submitting, you agree to publication of these chosen fields after moderation. reviews are stored on our hosting service, separately from shopify. we do not automatically mark a submission as a verified purchase. submitters must be 18 or older. do not include contact details, medical history or another person’s information in public review text.

to limit spam, the review service uses hourly counters linked to a keyed hash of your connection address, not a stored raw address. expired counters are cleared on subsequent submissions. hosting security logs may be retained separately. contact care@wayda.life to request correction or removal of a review.

email links open your email app. we receive your message only if you send it; this does not automatically subscribe you or publish your feedback.

browser storage + cookies

our storefront uses browser storage for cart and navigation features. previous-page position is kept temporarily during your visit. reviews saved in an earlier local preview may remain on that device; they are not automatically uploaded or shown as public reviews. you can clear stored information through your browser’s site-data controls.

shopify checkout and payment services may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, process transactions and prevent fraud. their privacy notices explain those practices.

the services we work with

relevant information is shared with providers that operate checkout, process payments, host the website, deliver orders or support customer communications. these include shopify for commerce and razorpay when selected for payment. we may disclose information where required by law. providers may process information outside india, subject to applicable requirements.

retention + security

order and support records are retained for the purposes above and applicable accounting, tax, dispute-resolution and legal requirements. older local-preview reviews remain on your device until removed through browser site-data controls. we use appropriate safeguards for the information we handle; no online service can promise absolute security.

your choices

contact care@wayda.life to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. we may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained by law. policy changes will be reflected in the updated date, with additional notice or consent where required.

if you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to place orders and contact us on your behalf. do not add personal contact details or sensitive information to reviews.
