these terms apply to this website and purchases from way’da, operated by wayda life. read them alongside our privacy, shipping and returns policies.

orders + checkout

provide accurate contact and delivery information and review your products, quantities and address before placing an order. purchases should be made by an adult or with a parent or guardian acting on your behalf.

shopify handles checkout and order records. available payment methods, shipping charges, applicable taxes and accepted discounts are shown before payment. the final checkout total takes precedence over a cart estimate.

prices + offers

prices are displayed in indian rupees. an offer’s stated eligibility and combination conditions apply. refunds take account of the amount actually paid and discounts allocated to affected items.

if a material error or stock issue affects an order, we will contact you about the available resolution. we will not substitute a different product without your agreement. payments for items we cannot supply will be refunded.

product information

our products are cosmetics. follow the directions and safety information on the packaging and relevant product page. ingredient descriptions explain general cosmetic functions, not a promise of identical results for every person.

for external use only. avoid contact with eyes, patch test before first use and discontinue use if irritation occurs. screen colours and product images may differ slightly from physical packaging.

website + community

use the website lawfully. do not disrupt it, attempt to access restricted systems, or submit misleading or unlawful material. share only genuine experiences and content you have the right to share; do not include someone else’s personal information. reviews are moderated for relevance, spam, safety and privacy, not for whether a rating is positive. submissions are not automatically verified purchases.

your rights
